Our investigators will conduct in-depth interviews and conduct necessary review and analysis of all relevant materials in order to establish a written finding. Applicable policies and procedures will be researched and contained within the final report. If appropriate, investigators are prepared to testify as to their work product in arbitration hearings or other court proceedings related to discipline or termination.

RCI is further prepared to engage in covert investigative strategies to include the use of GPS and physical surveillance as well as the installation of highly sophisticated hidden monitoring systems.

Investigative reports completed by RCI are supplemented with supporting documentation and other evidence necessary for our clients to make informed decisions.
